Answer1. How did this artist show movement?

The artist showed strong wind movement through the bending of the trees, swaying of the grass, papers being blown by the wind(arranged diagonally in the air), the people trying to hold on to their hats and their clothes shifting towards the right. You'll notice the wind direction is from left to right.

2. Name two or more elements of art the artist utilized to create movement.

Line (visible and implied lines), Space (the negative space creates a sense of the open field and strong winds)

3. How does movement create mood or emotion in the artwork?

Movement creates a sense of action in an artwork, it could convey an intense action or a mild motion. The action is what really creates the mood or emotion.
