I also belong to many communities. My family, where I am a daughter and sister, comes first, followed by my workplace, where I am an employee and a colleague. Community is something I am a part of, not something I am aware of. A group of individuals with whom I feel at ease and who accept me without demanding that I change. Community is what sustains me and aids in my personal development.
