Remember, it hurts on the inside just like it hurts on the outside.

If your knee hurts, you know there's a cut there. Same thing with the inside. Pain appears to tell you there is a part of you that you need to pay attention to. Heal the pain so it will be easier for you not to think negative about others.

5. Stop feeling like a victim even though you are a victim

Abandon right and wrong judgments in stepping into this new thinking. If you continue to feel like a victim, you will always feel weak and hurt. The victim is a helpless person and thinking of yourself like this certainly doesn't make you strong. Just know that you are a victim without feeling it. Understand the difference. Once more neutral, this kind of thinking will help you see the position of others and yourself more clearly.
