Grains: 2-3 bowls of rice, a bowl of oats

Vegetables: at least 2 servings of varied vegetables

Fruits: at least 2 servings of varied fruits like banana, apple, mango, peaches, pear or blueberry

Meat, fish, egg and alternatives: 3 servings of each kind when having meal 3 times a day

Milk and alternatives: 1 - 2 servings of milk, yogurt and other dairy products

Fat/oil, salt and sugar: eat the least

Fluid: 6 - 8 glasses of water sometimes with Chia seeds and a glass of fruit juice

Explanation:

This is based on my eating habit. Though I'm not sure if this question is supposed to be asked to others. Anyway, this is mine, but I think this Learning task is supposed to be the student's eating habits. I hope this could help.
