Three things that I learned from the lesson:
1.) I learned that we should never look down on ourselves just because we are not used to a healthy lifestyle. I realized that there is always room to learn.
2.) I learned that we could promote and start a healthy lifestyle by keeping ourselves active. We can do an essential exercise by just walking or basic jumping.
3.) I also learned that we could improve ourselves by setting routines and planning our day to stay productive.
Two things that I liked from the lesson:
1.) I liked how this lesson taught us about self-development and improvement that we can cherish.
2.) I liked how it focused on the crucial context, and it gave an example so we could understand the lesson well.
One question I still want to ask:
Why it seems Physical Education be degraded, knowing that we can learn so much from it?
