✏️The Answer:
.) At that moment Haiyan was located some 113 nautical miles "209 km" east-northeast of Palau and was moving westward at about 21 miles "about 34 km" per hour.
.) At 20:40 UTC on November 7, Haiyan made landfall in Guiuan, Eastern Samar at peak intensity. The JTWC's unofficial estimate of one-minute sustained winds of 305 km/h 190 mph would, by that measure, make Haiyan the most powerful storm ever recorded to strike land. This record was later broken by Typhoon Goni in 2020.
.) Super Typhoon Haiyan, locally known as Typhoon Yolanda entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility "PAR" on 6 November 2013 and created new history for the Philippines.
.) Typhoon Yolanda slightly weakens as it moves towards the West Philippine Sea. At 3:30 pm, it is reported to have left the PAR.
