Superman- do planking on the floor to reach something underneath a table or sofa.

Crunches- putting something or the laundry basket on your lap.

Side Crunches- looking after a baby or your younger sister/brother while lying sideways at the bed.

Squats- cleaning the toilet and bathroom, and weeding your garden, and trimming leaves.

Doing household chores can increase the work of your muscles as well as your heart rate. These are ways to turn it into a workout routine. It makes us productive and benefits our healthy lifestyle. Households aim to reach their fitness goals through a lot of movement. And these chores are effective ways to alternate to exercise.

Cleaning and throwing garbage

Wash dishes

Go up and down onto your stairs
