Advantages
Elaborate view of the Galaxies, Planets, stars and other heavenly bodies is possible. Camera can be attached for taking photograph for the celestial objects. Telescope can be viewed even with the low intensity of light
Disadvantages
•Very high initial cost relative to reflector.

A telescope is an optical instrument using lenses, curved mirrors, or a combination of both to observe distant objects, or various devices used to observe distant objects by their emission, absorption, or reflection of electromagnetic radiation.
Pros and Cons
-The Advantages of the telescope is that it allows us to see things far away or to magnify things to see properly. Because of telescopes, we can see things in space from the earth without going out to space to see them up close.
-The disadvantages are mainly to do with the hassle of operating in space. Telescopes are very expensive, plus a giant telescope could cost millions leaving you to buy cheap ones, with poor quality (depending on the company that created it).
